Booking Policy
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please ensure your birth date, birth time, and birth location are accurate by looking at your birth certificate if possible, when booking an astrology session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable due to the time reserved specifically for you.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of astrology and mediumship services, Payments on completed Sessions are not refundable

Services are intended for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual guidance and should not replace medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. While sessions are offered with care and integrity, outcomes and interpretations cannot be guaranteed.
Client Responsibility
Clients must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent. By booking a session, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following the session.
Birth Information Accuracy and Privacy
For astrology sessions, accurate birth information is essential. Your birth information and personal details are collected only for your session and are kept confidential and secure. They will not be shared with others.
Recording Policy
Screen recordings, of the session is not permitted. Clients may audio record on personal phone for private use only.
